Session Title: Democratizing GenAI with Skills and MCP

Abstract: While Generative AI is all the rage today, it is easy to burn all the tokens without much to show. Moreover, without guidance, LLM assistances can easily create unmaintainable rats nests of code that has no chance of supportability in production. This talk will show how we can exponentially improve our results with just a bit of work crafting Skills and MCP Servers.

We'll cover what Skills and MCP servers are. How to create them (with some simple examples) and lastly illustrate how they can work with a variety of common harnesses (including Antigravity, Copilot, Claude and more).

Attendees should walk away with a good handle on how to make a skill and MCP server, and when. More importantly, how we can reliably share with easy to maintain repositories in GIT.

The sharing aspect of skills truly leads to democratization of Gen AI improvements and drives at the core of Inner Sourcing.
