Join me at this years Google DevFestMN 2025 at the UofM Campus Saturday Dec 6th.

I'll be speaking after lunch: "Let's build an MCP Server". As I likely have just 30m of time, it will be a fast moving walk-through on how to make an Model Context Protocol (MCP) server one can use with a variety of GenAI tools (e.g. Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Codex, CoPilot, etc). I go from Ideation through to setup, configuration, CICD and low-cost serverless Cloud Run serving (in addition to local docker). Since I typically use Python (FastMCP), this one uses NodeJS with the MCP SDK. Code and examples will be provided.
